Did we go through the vendor for the new motor and the .50 labor? If so, would need all that info of vendor along w photos of awning, etc

AWNING HARDWAREM# IS 8962002.400UL AND S/N IS 92493807. I THINK THEY SENT IT TO US NO CHARGE AND WERE SENDING US THE CHECK FOR LABOR DIRECT BUT WOULD HAVE TO CONFIRM THAT WITH @Matt Boes ..... THIS WAS BEFORE YOU ALL WERE EVEN INVOLVED WITH US. MATT WILL SEE THIS WHEN HE GETS BACK FROM VAC ON THE 17TH.

@Chris B @Dianne L - PER DOMETIC PER DOMETIC - "You were not paid, as warranty instructions not followed and
we did not receive paperwork or required part return within 90 days of
receiving part. This was closed at zero- and part has been out of warranty
since 9/22/2020."
