@cody e @Jeremy G This whole claim has been denied "The issue submitted is not considered a warranty defect in materials or workmanship".
@Heidi H @Chris B Please review and let me know if you agree with Keystone on this or if we should be going back at them. They are denying a lot right now, as Chris mentioned to keep an eye out for.

I have reached out to Keystone to review a couple of these as their comments on one line is labor time adjusted to allow for proper repair, but was put at 0 and the awning line needs to be reconsidered as it is a warrant defect.
