@Ashlee O @Heidi H - iClaims TEST REVIEW 2026-10-14 / RO 27715. Preauthorization-stage evidence follow-up, not submission approval. JOB 1: The updated RO requests complete stove replacement / 2.0 hours. The September 25 Forest River note instead authorizes the FRONT PANEL MODULE / 1.0 hour. Please reconcile the planned repair and labor basis with that authorization, or retain a superseding approval. Burner and pressure-test photos are already supplied; retain the documented safety disposition for the reported abnormal flames and the final operational verification when repaired. REFRIGERATOR: The 1.25-hour refrigerator authorization is OEM claim line 2 but corresponds to RO job 3 (1.0 hour on the RO), not RO job 2's separate communication-code concern. Keep the RO-to-OEM component/line cross-reference, clarify job 2's disposition (the RO says no work performed), and retain job 7 as addressed under job 3 without duplicate labor. Do not apply the short approval list to RO job numbers without that cross-reference. The overall refrigerator photo and vendor tag are already supplied. The October 7 comment confirms fridge and panel arrival, not completed installation. No blanket request for after-repair photos while work remains pending. No original files, approvals or claim status changed. [TEST-27715-20261014]

@Stephanie D Hey, sorry for all the back & forth on this one, the vendor just responded on job 1: Hello Forest River, Case 7158659VIN 4X4TRLB2XSD465121  Thank you for sharing the details of the customer’s situation. We appreciate your efforts in providing this information. To ensure we are replacing the correct component/part can you have the dealership verify the information below? We need to determine the source of the issue. Please swap the center burner module connection with the left side burner. Does the flame stay in the center? Does the issue jump to the left rear burner? This detail is important for accurately diagnosing the issue and identifying the correct part for replacement. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can proceed accordingly.

@Ashlee O I have attached a WO 2 on this folder. I have also updated the correction on line 1 of this new WO 2. This has become an issue that is intermitting and the tech is requesting to replace the stove now due to the safety of this issue.
