Yes ma'am, I failed to add that comment. I would just like to turn this in since the customer is stating it's not cooling like his other fridge did. According to our testing the fridge is within specs.

@Ashlee O This is another tangled one! So, we were approved to replace room temp sensors. @Tessa C accidently order thermostats. However, after the tech spoke to LCI again we just need to replace the thermostats with version 2. These currently have version 1 thermostats, this is why they are not communicating with the a/c. I am forwarding you an email the tech got after the phone call with a case number. Can we please ask to replace the thermostats with version 2's? We will not need the room temp sensors; labor can remain .50 for line 1 and 2. I was not sure if you would need me to revise the WO.
