No, I do not have. And we would not be able to provide one. We have a large metal bin we put these in and they get picked up. Russ had told me before we can't get that because he doesn't pay to dispose of them. I thought maybe something had changed and I was not aware!

@Ashlee O Ok, this is the shortage we took on this claim. I just had to do a little digging with @Tessa C. When this a/c was first ordered they sent us the wrong a/c. So yes, they did send the 2nd one out at no cost. However, we paid for the first a/c and shipping. Can we send the original WO and this invoice over to them and request it be paid please?
We paid for the correct a/c the first time go around and they messed up!
