@Ashlee O This customer is very upset with KZ over the downgrade they allowed. I am not sure how to go about this on the WO. If you think I may need to add or remove something let me know! The customer done his work, he went to Wal-Mart and priced the replacement tv. Then he stated he called KZ and got the price info of almost 800.00 for the original. I added a snip it of the cost of the tv on KZ site.

Yes, 65" LED Roku Smart TV was purchased and the extended plan.

7-15-25 Job 1: Spoke with customer who stated he was told the TV was being replaced with Samsung TV rather than Onn brand. Please provide receipt for TV replacement and KZ will cover up to allowance of $450 minus the $380.83 previously paid towards this replacement ($69.17).

I spoke with @Cole P and we are asking for KZ to send us the TV that was in the unit when the customer bought it. Or we are asking for 30 % markup of the TV on KZ website minus 380.83, this will allow us to purchase the Samsung. @Ashlee O

When the claim was approved, I was told by parts that we will be getting a Samsung. However, the amount allowed plus the Ext coverage plan was over allowance amount. So, my parts dept picked the ONN brand TV to keep under the amount. Sorry, this is a mess!

Cust just called for an update, he is very nice about it and knows KZ is dragging around on it! He asks if he should call them and I told him it was his choice! He said he would give us this week, just letting you in the loop!

@Stephanie D KZRV Feedback: Good morning, Thank you for reaching out. After speaking with the customer, he stated that the picture quality was not up to par of the factory provided TV and that he was promised a Samsung was being purchased as the replacement. Unforutnately, KZ no longer ships TVs due to damages from transporting the product. As we have already provided $380.83 on the previous claim, we would recommend returning the TV in the unit to exchange and once complete, just provide the receipt in the claim and KZ will cover up to an additional $69.17 to cover the complete allowance.

I just spoke to the customer, and he is going to FINALLY bring the unit to me. I am going to try and take this TV back to Walmart. I will let you know how that goes!

@Ashlee O Walmart will not take the tv back. Customer picked unit up and said he will just live with the tv! So with that said I am closing this one up on my end!
