@Stephanie D JS 6/11/25 You will need to provide photos of the leak and the source of the leak on the window for any consideration. Is the defect in the window or the exterior sealant?

@Ashlee O I was out there with 2 techs on this. One was on the outside spraying the window and I was on the inside with the other looking for the water coming in. The water is leaking into the wall through the left top center of the window. We can see the wood gathering moisture but no visible water coming in.

@Chris L This unit needs to get in the serv line up to come to the building for water testing, please. Joe was the tech, but it will require 2 techs.

@Stephanie D KZRV feedback: JS 6/17/25 with the trim ring loose or detached this window will leak. I don't see a manufacturing defect I am seeing a failed installation of the window when it was replaced via the TSB
