@Ashlee O Heads up this is a claim I ran across cleaning up folders. The claim # is KZ599742. They required a photo of the tags on the compartment doors. The customer has never called us back, I don't think they have the unit any longer! So, if we can just send this one over for processing and see what they allow please? I just need this closed up and completed either way! Thanks girl!

Hey, thanks for the info. It looks like it's still approved for .1 on each line. They are asking "For final approval, must add photo of both compartment door data tags." Do you have those pictures by chance?

I do not, this was the hold up on my end all together for this one. I was hoping the customers would eventually call or come by. I am crossing my fingers on this one!

Yes, she had emailed me on 2/12. I had to wait on the invoice to be sent since it has been so long. Not looking good on this one :(
