@Michelle A From GD: please update the remedy with correct information. I need the correction listed as to what exactly is being done.
These parts must be ordered and installed per recall instructions.
"*Parts must be sourced from GDRV by VIN.
*No stock or bulk order will be permitted.
*Dealers cannot use kits from other VINs. If a customer does not return to have the work completed, the dealer must file an RA with the parts dept. they cannot use the kit order under another vin, they MUST order the kit per the VIN on their PA.

@Alix M THE REMEDY WILL BE TO REPLACE THE SPRING HARDWARE PER THE RECALLS INSTRUCTION. DO THEY WANT ME TO ATTACH THEIR DIRECTIONS FOR THEM?

@Michelle A I had "replace hardware" as the remedy. This WO does not have the 3 C's listed properly. I will go back to them again, but the WO's need to have these listed correctly before submitting to us so there are no further delays.

@Michelle A The correction needs to list what is being done. What you updated is not what they are looking for as stated above. "Remedy needs to state how the repair is completed." I am moving this back to information needed, please provide the correct information.

@Alix M This is just a pre-auth for what we anticipate needing done. There is no correction at this point. That will be determined once the repair is completed.

@Alix M HAD DUSTIN PUT IN NEW CORRECTION AND UPLOADED. iF THAT DOESN'T WORK GO WITH MATT ON WHAT HE SAID.

@Matt F @Michelle A there are two possible spring kits for this recall. None of the technician notes state which kit is needed. Tandem or Triple axle. iCS understands that the request for 1.3 hours points to tandem axle, Grand Design wants the technician to state that in his notes. Hopefully this clears up the confusion that seems to be happening here. Manufacturers want specifics.
