---TIME SENSITIVE---
GRE 8220 | RO 13657 | PA 958574 / supplier case 6894050. Reviewed both PDFs, all 27 photo files individually (including eight duplicate-copy pairs), and all three sidebar threads.
Needed: a final dated repair RO stating what was actually replaced, actual quantities and completion/testing of both A/C controls, thermostats and furnace operation. The current RO still says 'will need' two modules/thermostats, lists zero parts quantities and only 0.5 hour/$70 warranty labor.
Approval already exists: Alix's June 25 update authorizes replacement of two control boxes, part 2024031587, with up to 1.0 total labor hour. Reconcile actual labor to that authorization and clarify whether any thermostat replacement was performed and separately covered; do not automatically bill the original 2-hour request.
The GD invoice uploaded August 31 is present: invoice 1615030 lists two matching FACC10ESSA2-BL controllers, $72.39 parts plus $27.01 shipping/packaging = $99.40. Match installed quantities and approved billing to that cost support. This supplier invoice is not proof of claim payment. Keep the RO's $59.36 customer-pay service call separate from warranty billing.
Photos establish component identification and diagnostic access, not a confirmed lightning cause or successful completed repair. Confirm the actual completion date, current submission/payment record and any late-filing acceptance needed; reconcile the final unpaid balance, name the submission owner and target date, and retain the accepted submission reference. Keep this claim separate from RO 13720 on the same VIN.
