@Michelle A @Dustin L From GD: this is not a correct photo. You have requested a Maxx Air controller and sent a photo of that, but the fan photo that you sent was of a Heng. The serial number of the fan is located inside the unit. You need to remove the screen and it will be located in the corner.

---TIME SENSITIVE--- GRE 8220 | RO 13517 | PA 951401. Reviewed all three RO versions, all five photos individually and the complete comment threads. Needed: the customer-signed corrected final RO and outside-supplier invoice for the wall controller. Destinee's September 22 update says the earlier final was incorrect and she was seeking the signed copy; the September 14 customer copy here still has a blank signature. Alix's August 31 note says the part was purchased outside GD, and no supplier invoice is in this packet. Reconcile the corrected $83.73 bill ($13.73 part + 0.5 hour/$70 labor) against the August 20 approval for 0.3 hour. The 0.2-hour/$28 excess needs supporting authorization or billing reconciliation. The older zero-dollar copies are not the current billing amount. Confirm actual completion using the repair record; Alix's September 14 note cites IDS completion August 24. Late filing is now the main acceptance issue: Alix's September 24 instruction holds this for approved cleanup of older claims. Obtain written acceptance/current claim status and a named submission owner/date before proceeding through the normal authorized process. The Maxxair identification request was resolved: Matt added the serial photo August 7, Alix acknowledged it August 10, and IMG_4999 shows the MAXXFAN-CLEAR 4951KSC label. Do not repeat the superseded Heng-photo request. Controller photos and the RO support the diagnosed/replaced control, but photos alone do not prove completed operation or payment.
