@Kaitlyn R @Matt F From Dan Kussow: So you’re telling me that the dealership can’t change a valve stem or remove and replace the core on that stem, it needs to subcontract that work to an outside source? This is due to requesting the 0.5 hour to R&I the tire to have the sublet company replace the valve stem.

@Alix M We are capable of replacing a valve core, we are not equipped to replace a valve stem.

@Matt F From Dan: Maybe they could try replacing the valve core first and see if that solves the problem.

@Alix M ADDED PHOTOS OF THE AXLE TAG FOR YOU. aLSO ADDED PHOTOS FOR THE TOILET AND HERE ARE THE NOTES AS WE FOUND OUT FURTHER INFORAMTION ON THE TOILET. TECH STATES: The toilet is wobbly. Took the toilet off and after further inspection found that the hole in the floor was not cut in line with the black tank hole which caused the toilet flange to sit up on one side and made the toilet wobble back and forth from front to back to fix the problem i had to remove old toilet flange and get a new toilet flange and remove some flooring material in order for the toilet flange to fit straight in the back tank hole now the toilet does not wobble and sits flush and tight to the floor REQUESTING 3.5HR NOW

@Alix M WE CHANGED THE VALVE STEM AND ADDED VIDEO. IT IS NO LONGER LEAKING. TECH WAS UNAWARE THERE WAS CORES HERE TO SWAP.

@Michelle A @Kaitlyn R From Grand Design Job 4:  So no ball valve got replaced, it was just the seal on the bottom of the toilet, correct?

@Alix M no, it was missed during repair and CMR did the ball seal himself after pick up. We did however do the seal at bottom of toilet.

@Kaitlyn R Job 1: approved for 0.3 hour to R&I the tire and $8.79 for the valve stem sublet Job 2: approved for 1 hour Lippert authorizes 2 steel grease caps complete, up to 2 seals if needed, any affected center caps and 1 hour labor. Job 3: approved for 0.5 hour Job 4: approved for 3 hours Job 5: approved for 0.5 hour (requested 1 hour)
