@Michelle A Flat rate for a compartment door is only 0.5 hour, please provide more information as to why you are requesting 1.5 hours on Jobs 4 and 5 as I don't see decals on the doors which would justify extra time. We also need photos of the tags on these doors.
Alix Mongiat
processor • Jun 30, 2026, 10:52 AM
Job 8 - requesting 0.5 hour to replace a screw, that is excessive. Please advise.

@Alix M BOTH OF THE COMPARTMENT DOORS ARE LARGER DOOR WHICH TAKES MORE TIME TO R&R. oUR SYSTEM STATES 1.5 IN LABOR FOR COMPARTMENT DOORS OVER 400 SQUARE INCHES. THESE DOORS ARE BOTH OVER 1000 SQUARE INCHS. i WILL GET THE TAGS ON DOOR IF THEY HAVE THEM. JOB8 - WE ARE REQUESTING TO REPLACE THE DOOR LATCH AND SCREWS. NOT JUST THE SCREWS,.

@Michelle A It looks like the handle was still there, why was the handle replaced when only a screw needed to be added? If something was wrong with the actual handle, the WO need to state that.
Michelle Antinoja
dealer_or_external • Jun 30, 2026, 3:37 PM
@Alix M tech states that the screw holes are stripped and need replacement. I'm trying to help as best as I can but I don't know why the handle is needed. this is all the tech has told me. so enter it and if he wants the time he can provide the further information I asked for.

@Michelle A @Matt F @Dustin L FR has the same question I asked earlier on this: Job 8- Hello, please advise why the handle needs replaced if the only issue is a missing screw.

@Michelle A @Matt F @Dustin L FR has the same question I asked earlier on this: Job 8- Hello, please advise why the handle needs replaced if the only issue is a missing screw. Job 12: Following our assessment, we have concluded that the pooling of water on the slide topper falls within the expected design performance parameters and does not indicate a defect requiring replacement. Slide toppers are built to handle moderate water accumulation without compromising functionality. To reduce pooling, we recommend retracting the slide once water begins to accumulate. This allows the water to drain effectively, helping to maintain the topper’s condition and ensuring optimal performance. Please reach out if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

processor • Jul 1, 2026, 2:53 PM
Thank you for the explanation regarding the slide topper. Can you identify the specific Forest River design specification or service standard that defines the amount of water pooling considered to be within normal operating parameters? If this condition is considered normal, we’d appreciate the documentation supporting that position so we can properly explain it to the customer. If there is no published specification, please clarify how the determination was made that this particular condition falls within expected design performance. This is sagging with a very light amount of rain. Thank you.
Chris Balderrama
processor • Jul 1, 2026, 2:55 PM
Here is a response to the sagging - I do not think that pulling the slide in briefly to get rid of polling that makes the topper hit the slide is an acceptable response. Let’s see what they say.

@Michelle A In additional to the question on Job 8 asking why the handle is needing replaced. Job 5: Hello, we will have to have a photo of the full inside of the compartment door showing there are no tags please. Thank you!
Heidi Huntley
processor • Jul 1, 2026, 3:48 PM
@Michelle A per the technicians notes on job 8, he found a screw and replaced it and is requesting .5. His notes don't state needing a handle, please review this with the technician so the proper repair is performed,/authorized and the customer is advised as to what is specifically happening on their RV. On job 12 the technician is pretty much telling the manufacturer that the awning is going to sag because of how long it is, if that is normal what's the .5 for? In order to alleviate claims being returned for additional information please review prior to sending to iCS for approval.

@Alix M I thought I responded to this earlier. I was speaking about the door previously. I did not see the window issue with anything about a handle only the door issue with a handle. I apologize for the confusion on that. I'm unsure of where on line eight it states we are replacing the handle? or why that even came up? As i stated on the other work order these labors are listed in IDS. I don't know where they came from. I don't know if they are flat rate or something someone just added to the system. If they are incorrect they should be updated. But I do not have the time to go through to verify labors and for flat rate not. I request what they have in IDS.

@Michelle A @Chris B @Heidi H From FR: Job 12 - Hello, attached is the document on adding a center bracket on the slide topper. Please let us know if you have any questions. That doesn't answer our concern we sent, so let me know how to proceed. Adding document to folder.

@Michelle A Further from FR (it looks like they changed the comment) Hello after reviewing with our tech support team we feel the best option would be to add a center support for the slide topper. I will email you the document regarding this. Upon your acknowledgment i can authorize 1 hour labor to do so. Let me know if that helps or if you still need me to go back.
