So whoever had tried I stalling first replacement used screws that did not hold well so removed then reinstalled brackets with proper type screw then installed new shade this took awhile trying to get aligned correctly but it's now good and works like it should

@Kaitlyn R Warranty Repair 2: Please provide more in formation. This was approved and paid to be installed by your dealership on PA 912446 in November 2025. If it was installed incorrectly as your write up states that is not a factory defect and will not be covered under warranty.

Job 6, I never heard back from John Hamilton and I will reach back out. I am going to move this to PA pending so I don't overlook it.

@Destinee M I can enter Warranty Repair 1 based on the updated WO but I cannot enter Job 7 as it doesn't have the complete 3 C's. Please review all lines before uploading in order to avoid the back and forth. Thank you! I will wait for the complete 3 C's for job 7 before entering a new PA because I cannot add lines to the current PA on this due to it already being approved.
