@Alix M That slideroom has a bunch of cabinetry in it that will require disassembly to detach from the floor. We will need to R&I the couch and the refer, possibly the oven. All of the interior fascia will need to be removed to hyper extend the room out of the slide opening. After that, the lower corner trims will need to be removed and the floor removed. At that point, the linoleum will have to be carefully removed to attempt to reuse it. A new floor will need to be manufactured and laminated with plywood, a taper be cut on the interior edge, laminated/wrapped with darco, linoleum installed, then reinstall the slide floor and exterior corner trims. The slide room will go back into the opening, reinstall fascias, reinstall couch and refer, possibly stove.

@Alix M The flat rate is most certainly for a standard slide out that doesn't have a refrigerator or cabinetry that is fastened to the slide floor.

@Matt F I have emailed Cassi with this information. I have also asked her to put the PA back to pending for us so we can add that information into the correction. I would recommend the technicians include all of that information on the WO when we first enter it, it would be helpful to list everything that needs to be R&I in the correction. I will keep you updated with what Cassi comes back with. Thanks!

@Matt F They have kept this approved at 12 hours; the flat rate for a floor replacement is 5.0 hours an we gave an additional 7.0 for the uninstall reinstall of the appliances so the 12.0 hours will remain approved

@Alix M Is there a part number for a replacement floor? A replacement floor can not be fabricated and installed in 5 hours. Maybe they are missing the extra time to fabricate the new floor.

@Alix M HAS WARRANTY COME BACK IN REGARD TO IF THEY ARE WANTING TO SHIP A FLOOR OR IF WE ARE GOING TO BUILD IT? THEIR ANSWER WILL DETERMINE IF WE NEED TO VERIFY THE PRINT OUT THAT THEY PROVIDED OR NOT.
