@Alix M COULD WE PUSH FOR ATLEAST .5. MY TECH NEEDED TO FIND THE ISSUE AS WELL AND DETERMINE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. BREAK DOWN: .3 TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE AND PULL FABRIC UP ON RECLINER TO FIND THE ISSUES AND HOW MANY SCREWS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE FABRIC WAS NOT VERY MOVEABLE WITHOUT RISKING TEARS ION IT FROM THE LOOSE SCREWS., THIS IS SLIGHTLY SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS. .2 TO INSTALL THE SCREWS NEEDING REPLACEMENT THER WAS FOR TOTAL. THINK .05 PER SCREW IS REASONABLE.

@Alix M You have free reign to contact Dan on anything you encounter friction on. He needs to be more involved and see the pain points. For this particular concern, I doubt there is a flat rate time for the repair. This means that "reasonable" is the standard that must be followed. Between carefully wrestling the fabric out of the way (and holding it out of the way while tightening the screws so it didn't get boogerd up) and realigning the screws into the crooked holes, it took a bit more time than just tightening screws. On top of this, we also had to locate and provide a photo of the tag on the sofa. All of these small items take time, and by wisconsin law, should be reimbursed for. This is a principled, ongoing concern that needs to be rectified across the entire industry.
