The tv mount had fallen off the wall during transport, i looked into the wall panel and the mounting plate is mounted way to low to mount the tv properly, we will have to remove both windows and all the outlets and will have to cut the wall paneling above the fireplace counter and remove boyh panels to be able to reinforce both sides so the tv is centred on the wall, will take about 8 hours

@Alix M FOR JOB 4- THE REPAIR THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS SUGGESTED WILL NOT WORK. THE SUPPORT BEAM THAT THE TV BACKER NEEDS TO BE MOUNTED TO IS TOO LOW. WHEN YOU TRY TO MOUNT THE TV BRACKET THE TOP SCREW HOLES HAVE NOTHING TO BE SCREWED INTO SO THE WEIGHT OF THE TV PULLS IT DOWN AND THE TV DOES NOT CLEAR THE COUNTER BELOW IT. . THE ONLY OTHER THING THAT WE COULD THINK OF IS TO INSTALL A COMPLETED DIFFERENT TV BRACKET THAT CAN BE MOUNTED LOWER BUT THE TV MOUNT FOR THE BACK OF THE TV IS ADJUSTABLE SO WE CAN MOUNT THE TV SLIGHTLY HIGHER SO THAT IT DOES NOT HIT THE COUNTER BELOW IT.

@Alix M DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE ARE ABLE TO PROCEED WITH THE COMPLETE REPAIR LIKE WE HAD RECOMMENDED BUT WE NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS? NOTHING IS IN PROGRESS... WE DIDNT TAKE THE WALL COMPLETELY APART. THE WALL LOOKS JUST LIKE IT DOES IN THE PICTURES THAT ARE UPLOADED AS FOREST RIVER ISNT GOING TO PAY US TO REMOVE THE WALL TO PROVE ANYTHING FURTHER THAN WE ALREADY DID WITH A SCREW DRIVER SHOWING THAT THERE IS NOTHING BEHIND THE SCREW HOLES TO MOUNT THE TV BRACKET TO. THIS UNIT IS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ON FRIDAY TO BE DELIERED TO THE CUSTOMER.. WE ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH.

@Alix M MATT WOULD LIKE THIS PHOTO UPLOADED TO THE MANUFACTURER... THE BLACK CIRCLE **DOES NOT HAVE A BACKER** THE RED CIRCLE DOES HAVE A BACKER. WE CANNOT SIMPLY REINSTALL EVERYTHING. WE WOULD PREFER APPROVAL TO GET A DIFFERENT MOUNTING BRACKET TO INSTALL THE TV. THE CURRECT BACKER WILL NOT WORK AS IT WILL MOUNT THE TV TO LOW AND IT WILL HIT THE COUNTER BELOW IT IF WE MOVE IT DOWN TO HIT THE BACKER.

@Alix M THIS ONE IS SO CONFUSING... HAHA. WE GOT A NEW TV MOUNT AND IT WILL WORK. DID NOT REALIZE THAT IS WHAT THEY WERE AUTHORIZING WITH THE ONE HOUR OF LABOR .THE ONE HOUR WILL WORK JUST FINE.
