The bottom of the rear awning arm wasnt aligned properly. I ran the awning in and out and the bottom of the rear arm is catching on the inner arm. Everything else is lining up so i pulled out the bottom screws on the awning arm, slid the inner arm over and now the awning is opening and closing properly. I cant re use one of the screw holes so i packed putty in the hole and covered it with silicone. I predrilled a hole above that one, filled the hole with putty and put the screw in. The small wrinkles in the fabric will come out once it sits in the sun.

The small wrinkles in the fabric will come out once it sits in the sun.

The bottom of the rear awning arm wasnt aligned properly. I ran the awning in and out and the bottom of the rear arm is catching on the inner arm. Everything else is lining up so i pulled out the bottom screws on the awning arm, slid the inner arm over and now the awning is opening and closing properly. The completed work warrants a specific reconciliation. The final Peterson RO bills $1,253.49 warranty; paid claim 989575 dated May 28, 2026 shows $679.14, leaving a $574.35 document difference before dealer-ledger verification. Match the authorization and job 14 to the correct operation before requesting the $70. Grand Design's separate cabinet-door straightedge request should not be mistaken for proof that this drawer correction was unnecessary.
Other completed-work differences are awning leak reseal 0.5 billed versus 0.2 paid ($42), trash-door latch 0.5 versus 0.2 ($42), screen-door adjustment 0.5 versus 0.2 ($42), and chipped-decal repair 1.0 versus 0.5 ($70). Conversely, the toilet seal was paid at 0.75 hour against 0.5 billed, a $35 offset. Rear window lubrication, deadbolt correction, awning-arm alignment and the large bubbled-decal replacement match final billed hours and should not be demanded again. Present the actual customer concerns, tests and time entries for a separate written diagnostic-time decision; do not call these five items completed defect repairs or assume the older letter proves entitlement.
All 31 photos were opened individually. They show the decal blister/chipped stripe, drawer-box/face assembly, latch and strike areas, awning rail and component labels. Faucet running-water photos are consistent with the recorded splash/no-leak finding. Cabinet-door views lack the removed-door straightedge evidence requested for vendor approval. The packet also lacks a full after-repair photo/test set. For the large decal, the final narrative says awning removal disturbed earlier sealant and required resealing; clarify that overlap before charging the same work twice.
Meeting ask: resolve the missing drawer line, review reasonable time on the four reduced repair operations, obtain a separate position on the five diagnostic entries, and reconcile the $6.65 net parts/other credit that reduces the $581 labor difference to $574.35. Exclude $268.10 customer work and $21 internal inspection. Agree one itemized disposition and owner for any remaining evidence so Greeneway and Grand Design can close the balance constructively.
