Manufacturer design. I pulled the screws out of the underbelly on both sides of the unit, removed the rear corner moldings and removed the rear bottom screw track. I dropped the underbelly down and there are two tanks going length wise with the frame. With this particular floor plan the black tank sits directly underneath the toilet and shower. Using a snake camera I verified that both the toilet and shower drain go into the same tank. There is no other way it can be plumbed. I put the underbelly back in place, cut the old putty off the screw track, put new putty on it and secured it back in place.

The calibration was off. I hit the auto-level and after all the jacks were down the ods front just kept raising. I retracted all the jacks, reset the calibration, auto-leveled the unit and everything is working properly. I retracted the jacks and auto-leveled the unit again. I repeated this three times with no issues.

NPF. I walked around in the unit without the jacks down and I didn't notice any abnormal noises. I auto-leveled the unit and walked around the unit again and the only abnormal noise I can hear is coming from the closet in the master bedroom. Depending on where you step you can hear a slight squeak coming from different areas. I inspected the aluminum sub-floor frame and I dont see any flexing, or broken welds. I checked the entire steel frame that I can see and the only abnormal thing I found was the spare tire is hanging down and I secured it back in place.

@Alix M We are aware that the unit is out of warranty. CMR is adamant that the unit has these issues and should be covered under warranty. This is the second time we have looked at this unit, and there was a dealer before hand that also had looked at it. All have come to the same conclusion that the unit does not have issue. We are just requesting it be entered again to be declined through Grand Design to do our due diligence. CMR also stated that there is a recall on the unit? if so please just let us know which one so we can get that taken care of. Thank you! Please let me know if there is any other questions.
