NPF. I ran water through the toilet and I don't see any leaks. I put the pedal in multiple positions and still no leaks. I can see under the pedal and I ran water through the toilet while physically watching the valve and I don't see any leaks. I left the system pressurized for multiple days and no leaks showed up. The manufacturer uses a type of grease around the valve and pedal and I can see some residue of that on the side of the toilet. So I don't know if the customer is seeing that or what.

WARRANTY REPAIR 4 - 1/2 the running W 1020 GRAND lights are not working on the trailer.

Bad board. The front cap, and rear lights are on but the front side markers are completely out and the middle side markers are dim. I took the cover off the box in the front storage and when I checked the voltage on the clearance light wires it's showing 0.04 volts. If I unplug both clearance light wires from the board the board will read 13.4 volts. I pulled the front side markers out and the cases are both broken. I hooked a battery directly up to both lights and they both turned on. The wiring on the ODS has three green wires coming to the light and if I leave one wire out the side markers will turn on but the front cap lights will not. If I hook the wire back up the front cap lights will stay on but the side markers go out. I ran a jumper wire from the side marker light to the board and it didn't change anything. I did a continuity test on the power and ground wires at the ODS side marker and there are no breaks in the wires. I partially dropped the underbelly on both sides and inspected the wire and it's not pinched. I disconnected both of the wires from the board, hooked them up to the positive side of the battery to rule out the board, and all of the lights lit up. The board is bad and needs replacement. I replaced both of the broken side marker lights and put the underbelly back up.

Thanks for that info. This tire Linc system all used to work and just the 1 sensor stopped working correct? If so i agree and we need to authorize replacement of the internal sensor.
I reached out to Dan Kussow on this to get the part number and confirm it is not the same exact part previously recommended.

if the customer wants more information about the repair, since it's currently approved, he should start a dialog with a member of our customer service team. He will need to call to initiate that; the information is in his owner's packet or available online. They will open a case number for him and explain his options. He will need his name and contact information, the date of purchase, and VIN# I would also give him the pre-auth number as a reference to the specific concern.
Please ask your customer to record the case number for his own reference, and then he can provide it to the dealership for inclusion in the notes section as needed. It would also be nice if, for the sake of communication, we had a contact at the dealership who was familiar with this pre-auth and concern to whom we could direct questions as needed.

@Michelle A I reached out to GD parts for you. I have a feeling it's the same part that was already approved that the customer wasn't happy with due to it being different than the rest of the tires/rims. I will keep you posted. They are reading only part of our concerns it seems and if it comes back, I would instruct the customer to call Grand Design as they stated above. Then they can explain them their options and get a case number, so all information is easy to pull when we contact them regarding this. I will keep you posted on the part number.

THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO REQUESTS THE BAND(PN# 140342) GETS REPLACED AND THAT WE ADD A BOOSTER (PN# 140540) wE WOULD GET A SUBLET (ROUGHLY $35 FOR BREAKING DOWN TIRE THEN PUTTING TIRE BACK ON RIM. BOOSTER WE WOULD REQUEST 1.5HR FOR LABOR TO INSTALL.

Warranty Repair 2: approved for 0.5 hour (requested 1 hour)
Warranty Repair 3: approved for 0.2 hour and $15.83 for the sublet (we requested 0.5 to R&I the tire, and 1.5 to add the booster)
Warranty Repair 4: approved for 5.9 hour (requested 7 hours)
