@Alix M THE CRACK IS AT THE BOTTOM BASE OF THE SOLAR CHARGER. IT IS BENEATH THE TWO CONNECTIONS IN THE PICTURE AND TO THE RIGHT OF THE LITTLE YELLOW THING ON THE BASE.

@Kaitlyn R Good afternoon! Flagstaff is going to be doing this repair themselves at the factory. Please get in touch with the customer to inform them. Once the customer has been contacted and given the okay for this, Brittany at Flagstaff needs to be contacted at 574-642-8961 ext. 10105 to get the service request sent over to scheduling. We can contact her once you let us know you've talked to your customer. Once the service request has been confirmed Debrinsa at Flagstaff should be reaching out to schedule pickup. You will see that the claim will be denied in the system since it is going to go back to the factory for repair. @Alix M @Heidi H

@Alix M @Heidi H @Stephanie K I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER AND BRITTANY AT FOREST RIVER. EVERYTHING IS NOW PROGRESSING. @Alix M HOWEVER, WE DID SEAL THE SOLAR CONNECTION TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE AS WELL AS INVESTIGATING THE ISSUE. THE TECHNICIAN HAS .30 INTO THE JOB.. COULD WE GO AFTER THE LABOR FOR THAT?

@Alix M date of completion: 8/14 we did not submit right away as we waited for the unit to come back from forest river and the customer to approve the repairs in case anything needed to be touched up from the repairs that they had done. No parts were used on this line. I am unable to upload the final work order when I am working remote… @Bonnie K could you please upload A copy of the final RO?
