Pressurized the system with air and no leaks showed up. I hooked water up and I ran water through the fixture in the bathroom to see if the drains are leaking and they are not. Leaking behind the nautilus panel and found that some of the fittings were not tight and not put on straight at the factory.

I was moving the recliner until I pin pointed the location of the squeek and its coming from the bottom rear corner and it's inside the recliner. I pushed the side of the recliner and I felt it go back together and the squeek stopped. Its just a temporary fix and im sure it will come back after travel or use. We will need a new recliner.

After the sealant dried I sprayed it with water and some water was still getting in. I touched up a few spots, let it dry, sprayed it again and the leaks stopped.

@Michelle A They are going to ask for the WO on this since the warranty expired. Do you have an older copy that shows these lines on it with a more accurate date since you just transferred them off of 12205C? Do you have a copy of 12205C with these on there that shows that date?

@Alix M SO ORIGINALLY ON JOB#8 MY TECH COULD NOT SEE WHERE THE ISSUE WAS. AFTER FURTHER COMMUNICATION WITH THE cUSTOMER HE FOUND THE SCUFF ON THE FRONT CAP ON THE DOOR SIDE. WARR03 - CORRECTION WOULD BE TO REPLACE COUNTERTOP AND RESEAL PROPERLY TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES

@Alix M We have reached out to the customer for pics and videos. I am trying to get everything moving on this as the customer states he will not return for any repairs until all repairs are either denied or approved. This ro is attached to 12205C, so it would be nice to get them both knocked out. I will update as soon as I hear back from the customer.
