@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A From GD: Unit does need recall the pictures provided are of the Front Entry Door this recall is to the Rear Entry door.
Instructions for this have been added to the folder. Please update the WO so we can get the correct job submitted.

@Alix M CAN WE PROCESS THIS ONE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ALLOWANCE ONLY ON THE FRONT STEPS? I HAVE THE TECHNICIAN LOOKING INTO THE REAR STEPS ON A DIFFERENT WORK ORDER DUE TO THIS WORK ORDER BEING COMPLETED.
