Dustin Lucas I KNOW YOU HAD SPOKEN TO THIS CUSTOMER THE OTHER DAY.. DID YOU HAPPEN TO GET THEM ON THE SCHEDULE?
Alix Mongiat THE PART THAT WAS ORIGINALLY NEEDED FOR THIS UNIT WAS OUT OF STOCK/DISCONTINUED. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR THE VALANCE IN THE BEDROOM. I BELIEVE DUSTIN WAS SCHEDULING THE TECHNICIAN TO GO BACK OUT THERE TO SEE IF HE COULD BRAINSTORM SOME RESOLUTIONS.
