@Morgan Z @Kaitlyn R Do you know how the door frame got bent? And how the drawer guide broke? With the way this is worded now, this is customer damage not warranty. Please advise.

The doors have been an issue for a while. The customers stated that they usually had the back door locked and when they unlocked it the last time, it wouldn't close or lock. The front one has been an issue too and the customer states they need to use the handles next to the doors to keep them closed

@Alix M Can you take a peek at this one? The invoice for the door shows a shipping and a handling charge. GD reduced it down and did not include the handling, I think they are entitled to that.
