Response from the vendor:Lippert has a prior case of 4559384 from 12/12/2023 in which Lippert authorized a complete replacement to a standard system. The current pictures still show an inverted system. The variant label provided is V000579698 2/9/2022. You state the slide system had been repaired. Please provide a copy of the invoice showing what repair was done to this slide after Lippert provided the authorization from 12/12/2023.On PA 737413 On 12/12/2023 Dealer was approved to replace the inverted system to a standard on this slide. Based on these pictures this slide still has the inverted system on it.

Lippert will be declining participation in this claim request as the provided tolerance measurements show the slide system to not be within the required 2 1/2''+/-1/8'' install specifications. Slide system was replaced by dealership previously 12/12/2023 based on these pictures the new slide system was installed out of tolerance. Photos "WO_6643C_JOB_WARR09_2023.12.06_12.59.01_3" and "WO_6643C_JOB_WARR09_2023.12.06_12.59.01_4" are showing out of tolerance measurements.
