Looks like solar connector was fastened to roof over a piece of debris causing an edge to crack, over time the damage spread allowing in moisture. @Morgan Z From FR: Regarding Job 1- Hello, the labor time submitted to Forest River has been reviewed and reduced based on the photos and description provided as well as the most applicable flat rate code. Thank you I can go back and ask for more time if you have more information as to why it took the technician that long. The flat rate code in FR is for only 0.3 hours, so where are you getting the 1 hour?

I have sent an email to them requesting the 1.5 hours. Their labor rate in the FR system is only 0.3 for Replace LCI Power Tongue Jack. I will let you know what they say. I am not sure where you get the 1 hour from, but they will only go by the FR system.

@Morgan Z @Kaitlyn R From FR: Hello, I have connected with our corporate team. Please note the flat rate is .3 for the tongue jack. I authorized one hour which is an additional .7 in labor (42 minutes). Is 42 minutes not reasonable for the time the tech had into this? The complaint states there was moisture damage and the control pad is deteriorated? What diagnostics did the tech need to do to determine that the control pad was sun damaged and that there was moisture damage? Thank you in advance.

an hour will be fine. diagnostics is usually a half hour so we can go over the issue thoroughly. I do see our tech had .50 in diagnostics for this. I was just trying to ensure we were covered in all aspects for this payment as paying reasonable diagnostics is authorized
