@Alix M THE EYE BOLTS ON THE SIDE OF THE UNIT ARE INCLUDED TO NOTE WITH KINDRA IN CASE THE CUSTOMER HAS ISSUES IN THE FUTURE... AS FAR AS THE BLACK DAMAGE SPOT... THE ROOF WAS ABLE TO DRY OUT AND NOT BE AFFECTED. ANNA AND KINDRA DISCUSSED THIS UNIT AT LENGTH ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS IN EMAIL. KINDRA WISE HAS ALL OF THE SAME PICTURES THAT ARE SUBMITTED.

@Kaitlyn R From GD: Can you please call to go over and verify this repair. Are you just asking to repair this membrane? I did speak with Kindra on this and she only approved the hours for a repair. She also has no idea what the eyebolts are for. These would not be covered under any warranty

@Alix M I WILL CALL. ALL WE ARE TRYING TO DO IS CLAIM THE HOURS FOR THE REPAIR. THE EYEBOLTS ARE JUST A PROTECTION/COURTESY TO GRAND DESIGN IN CASE THE CUSTOMER TRIES TO SAY THAT THEIR WALLS ARE FAILING IN THE FUTURE. WE WANT NOTHING WITH THE EYEBOLTS.. JUST WANTED IT NOTED WITH GRAND DESIGN.
