@Bonnie K @michelle g This was already approved on PA 760165. 0.2 hour for both lines were requested and approved in March. Did you want me to try and email to get the 0.5 for each line?

@Bonnie K did you not see Alix's' comment below regarding GD response? This is still showing Line 2 only approved @ .2 GD advised to use heat on the bubbles. I understand the work is done but the previous claim showed bubbles and new WO order peeling. Let us get a response regarding the email Alix has sent. Do not want them to deny this claim. Thank you!

@Bonnie K Did you try to use heat to fix the decals like GD stated when this was approved back in March? I just want to be sure I provide notes as to why the decals were replaced and not just repaired like they stated to do when we submit. Thank you!

Resubmitted the PA to request 0.5 hour labor on both lines. However, we need a response from Bonnie on if she tried what GD advised to do. "Do not replace decals use heat gun to remove bubbles. ". Moving to PA pending as we wait to see if they will approve the increased labor time.

both lines have been approved for 0.5 hour. Still need a response so we can add notes back to GD if we are going to attempt to claim parts. moving to claims returned since this is ready to submit once we get an answer.
