@Stephanie K Good morning. I'm still a bit confused on the shop supplies. If silicone and a coupling is listed on the Parts used does shop supplies still get charged?

If silicone is being billed as a part, then I do not claim shop supplies. The coupling is also a part, so I would not bill shop supplies. I'm more or less letting you know that silicone is needed for line 1 - however it gets billed, whether it is a tube or as a shop supply. I kind of take these PA work orders with a grain of salt as far as parts go, because you can add/delete the parts here - so I don't always know if those are what is going to be on the final copy.

@Stephanie K So confusing. I removed the shop supplies and will be submitting for payment in a bit.

Is there a way that would make it easier for you? If it's easier to wait until after it is approved, you don't have to have them on there at PA. I can usually figure out what shop supplies would be needed just by what the tech says he is doing.

@Stephanie K If shop supplies are approved but if parts are billed, I will not put the shop supplies on, except for if silicone or stuff like that are used and not billed.
