USB port behind the couch has no power

correction
During the PDI found the USB port behind the couch has no power Did unscrew the USB port pulled the wires up as far as they would pull up was able to get limited access to the quick connects found there was no power in the quick connect itself In order to properly repair the USB port, the inside of the cabinet will have to be pulled removing two pieces of paneling. They overlay each other in the wrong direction in order to gain access to the actual wire harness coming into the USB port and begin inspecting the wire itself and locate the issue, it may require further disassembly of the cabinet into the floor to find a possible pinched or cut wire. Will request one hour

@Jeannette B Feedback from Ember: Do the lights in the slo work? If so , look for a loose connection under the slide out. The wire going to the USB gets its power from the same wire that powers the lights. This wire goes into the slide out on the left hand side bottom by the facia ( if you are facing the slide from the inside ) . There may be a loose connection where the USB wire is connected to the power wire for the lights.

@Stephanie K Tech would like to know is Ember authorizing time to take apart the bottom corner of the slide to look for the connection? and everything in unit work except for the USB port

At this time, nothing is authorized yet. I let Jan know that everything else in the unit is working and advised that if we have to take apart the bottom corner it will require additional time. I will keep you posted and see what she says after, if everything else is working, she may change her suggestion.

Hey Jeannette - here is the response from Ember. It sounds like it should be accessible without needing to take the bottom corner apart. Ember Reponse: There is no mention of needing to take anything apart to check the wiring. It is on the left hand side bottom by the fascia.
