Customer reported the slide room sagging, mainly noticed it off of the misaligned panel on the outside of the unit. Could clearly see a significant sag from front to back measured inside on the floor at the front of the slide room at the front style floor of the unit to the floor of the slide with 7 3/8 on the rear of the slide room at the style six and three-quarter. Looking underneath the room while the room was fully retracted could not see any mechanical defects with the slide room mechanisms. Everything appeared to be securely bolted to the floor no loose bolts. Ran the slide out, the slide operates very quickly very smoothly. Inside with the trim on the slide room on the floor could see a significant difference approximately 3/4 of an inch on the front from the floor to the bottom of the trim at the rear of the slide room. The trim is actually touching the floor. Removed the trim face to *61708* discover the framework is separated at the front inside floor, creating a bow in the floor itself. Recommend extending the slide, use a jack and raise the rear corner until it is back in alignment. Remove the baten and trim that is along the floor edge of the slide room, pre-drill holes through the floor through the first to wood from front to back. Use long wood screws and screw the bottom base plate back to the floor as it is clearly separated in numerous places, you can see that it was only attached by Staples. Once this is screwed back in place release the jack on the outside and verify proper alignment of the slide room and see if the floor plate that runs the length of the slide is holding the slide room and its proper position. Once this is verified that it is holding in its proper position, reattach the trim face, reattach the batten, putty all holes and run the slide in and out for proper operation. Photographs attached on this job line showing the separation in the support structure, showing the differences from front to back on the SAG of the slide room. Requesting 3.0

@Jeannette B Job 1 - FR would like pictures from further back, stating a full view of the area will help show the complaint described in the CCC notes. Job 2 - pending vendor

Just a reminder on this one, still need the additional pictures for job 1. Job 2 was denied with the following notation - rust is cosmetic and would not be considered a warrantable item. FR and vendor denied.
