Since it is a lot stronger of an adhesive than silicon we cant just remove the adhesive because it will damage the white finish of the style used .need to order new style and replace . Will need to remove top and bottom frame of vanity to give me access to remove the pocket screws that secure damaged style in place . Once the screws are removed we can then remove the damaged style from the wall paneling and cut the new style to the same size .once new style is cut to size we need to install the cabinet door catch along with the securing trim . Once securing trim and door catch are installed we need to pre drill the style for pocket screws using a jig. once holes are tapped for the pocket screws we can then set *73782* new style in place and make sure everything is square and then install the screws to secure new style to the rest of vanity then staple to wall panel . Requesting 1 1/2 hrs for repair . Style measurements are 2 inches by 32 1/2 inches

@Jeannette B Job 1 approved .5
Job 03 - denied - Jayco is saying they can't see a problem. I reviewed the pictures again, and I also can't tell that the door frame is loose - but I am wondering - the pictures for job 3 look more like a wall panel not properly secured, that looks like it would require removal of the door jamb. Can you clarify this? Call me if it's easier. :)
Job 04 - approved .75
Job 05 - approved .5
Job 06 - approved .75
Job 07 - approved .5
job 08 - Jayco is saying that this can be cleaned off. I already responded to them once advising them that the tech does not feel that it can be cleaned off without damaging the finish on the cabinet. If he can remove the adhesive, can the finish be touched up? Jayco seems pretty steadfast that it can be repaired rather than replaced.
Job 09- approved .5
job 994 - approved .75

@Stephanie K For Job 3, tech has already repaired it so I am unable to get additional pictures. For Job 8, I do agree with removing the adhesive, but, when I went to remove it there is actually a gash, it's going to be the top black mark. In the pictures it is hard to see I tried taking other ones but it's still hard because of the black sealant and it's hard to get the sealant off in the gash.
Stephanie Kendziorski
processor • Sep 8, 2026, 9:46 AM
For line 8 - I think I found a picture that shows the gash well when I zoomed in. I attached it for review. For line 3 - do any of the pictures I have show the issue properly? I can't tell from the pics, but the gap at the hinge side looks normal to me, it doesn't appear to be huge like the tech said. If you can point me to where I should be looking, maybe I can zoom in and send that over so it could get approved too. I know it's hard to take pictures of loose things, pictures can't really show that it is loose if it isn't detached somewhere.
Jeannette Britton

@Stephanie K I got with the tech and you are correct, he did have to remove the panel but the pictures show where he had to add screws to the actual frame. One of the pictures, where his had is shows no screws on the floor of the frame and another shows were he added screws.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: MYRV RO 73782, PA J01614476.
The earlier disputed items are resolved: the final replies approve job 3 bathroom door frame at 1.0 hour and job 8 vanity stile replacement at 1.5 hours. Do not repeat the old denial, request another explanation of the frame repair, or substitute adhesive cleaning for the approved stile replacement. The existing photos show the frame opened, screws added at the floor and the door reassembled; they also show the vanity gash that supported reconsideration.
The remaining approved labor is job 1 .5 hour, job 4 .75, job 5 .5, job 6 .75, job 7 .5, job 9 .5 and job 994 .75. In particular, the bed-support request was 45 minutes per side, but the sidebar approval is .75 hour total for job 6. Match the final submission to the actual authorization rather than carrying over all requested times.
This packet contains substantial repair-progress photos, including shower sealing, bed framing and wall/cabinet attachment work, but no final invoice or payment evidence. Confirm the remaining fascia, matching trim and vanity stile parts were received/installed, reconcile each completed operation and its completion date, then confirm final claim submission/remittance. Keep the internal PDI transferred to 73782-1 separate. Learning: preserve before/during/after evidence of hidden fastening defects, carry successful reconsiderations into the final claim, and close the gap between approved work and documented completion. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
