@Stephanie K I will need to get with the Tech on Job 2. Not sure how replacing the cartridge will take care of the faucet leaking at the seals. I have green dots on the faucet itself where its leaking from

He will not be in till after 11:00, our time, but his correction was replace it and to replace a cartridge seems to be a waist of money and tech's time just for the customer to bring back for it leaking in the same area

I can email them and see if they can adjust and approve the faucet. They had all the pictures and the faucet being replaced is what was requested. I will see what I can do!
