Need to call open range and see if they will send the board or a whole new range . Advised to replace entire range by jordan at jayco . Case # 0001375802 ROYBAL, GUSTAVO A Customer #: 11927 Need to remove stove great. Once stove great is removed need to remove top stove facia. Once the top facia and stove grates are removed need to remove the four screws holding the top of the oven into the counter. Once screws are removed we can pull the oven out of the cabinet. Once it is removed from the cabinet we need to disconnect the LP line. Once the LP line is disconnected we need to disconnect the 12 V power. once old stove is completely removed need to connect to the LP in the 12 V lines on the new range. Once the LP lines in the 12 V is connected on the new range, need to install the four screws that hold range onto countertop. After LP and 12 are connected and the screws are placed on the top of the range to hold it in place need to do an LP drop test to ensure there is no leaks. Once drop test is performedWe can install the top stove facia, and then install the stove great. Requesting three hours for repair Upon inspection zip tie holding wires behind main oven control board was melting onto said board somehow up and behind control board causing a short in the system . *11927*

Need to remove door latch trim piece in order to shim door frame to close gap between latch and door catch . once trim is removed need to measure and cut trim pieces to put in between door frame and trim. Need to cut to size and glutes trim piece. Need to stack two trim pieces one on top of the other and glued together. Allow time for glue to cure. Once glue is dry need to install trim piece back into unit and reinstall door catch and test for proper closure. requesting one hour for repair
