correction
Need to replace wood bed frame support that broke due to manufacturing defect see pics for more info regarding bad wood that was used in manufacturing of bed frame . Seems to me that it was indeed a bad piece of wood that had a pretty large knot in the wood causing an easy break when force was applied. Need to order new framing material. In order to replace said frame piece will need to remove center portion of bed lift and rear stationary piece of bed lift along with side trim paneling to gain better access to frame .Once adequate access is gained will need to remove broken piece of frame . Will then need to measure and replicate same size of bed frame with new material. Once new frame piece is made need to make sure bed frame itself is square before securing new piece of bed frame . Once new frame piece is installed will need to replace side trim paneling , rear bed lift piece and center bed lift .once everything is put back together need to test for proper functions of bed lift and make sure new frame can *61790* support adequate weight.requesting 3 hours for repair
