CUSTOMER STATES: The water pump works, but there is really not enough pressure to keep it going. It just trickles, I have to be shutting it off every time we use water. If we leave the water pump on, it doesn't produce enough pressure And when I go outside to inspected, it is very hot to the touch.

Plug the unit into shore power Open the compartment for all water connections, and water controls Found the water pump to be on the side wall behind the entire control face Had to remove the control face, lower it completely down to gain access to the water pump, removing more *60767* than a dozen screws to get the face to move downward to make the water pump visible Disconnected the waterlines on each side of the water pump Remove the basket strainer Unplugged the main power wire to the water pump cut the top ground wire Remove the four screws, holding the water pump to the sidewall Took the old water pump out Took the basket strainer, cleaned it Replace the cone washer on the basket strainer and installed it on the new pump Took the new pump to the unit, screwed it back to the sidewall Replaced both cone washers on the waterlines on either side of the water pump Reconnected the ground wire with a crimp in-line splice reconnected the main power wire Reconnected the waterlines Move the entire face plate back up and in place reconnected the face plate with all the screws that have been previously removed. Make sure the face plate was secure and then the proper position double checked all waterlines to make sure nothing has been kinked positions changed, and the electric lines for the gray tank and black tank were still secure. Turned the water pump on, went inside the unit and began running water through each of the faucets, toilet and shower. Make sure that the lines were fully pressurized and error had been pushed out of the lines. Kitchen sink cabinet good water, pressure middle bathroom sink had good water pressure middle bathroom toilet flush properly Rear bathroom faucet had good water, pressure rear bathroom, toilet flush properly rear shower on both sides the fixed showerhead and the hand wand had good water pressure Each time of faucet was turned on and turned off. I listened to the water pump to stop operating. The water Page 1 of 2 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *73680* pump would stop operating immediately as soon as the faucet was turned off. Promised Date: 17 JUL 26 W/O: 73680 Water pump is now operating correctly work complete Requesting an additional hour

Just an FYI - without pictures I was not able to determine what brand the water pump is. To get it started, I selected the Shurflo water pump, but if this is not correct, please let me know. I wasn't able to find that information in any of the appliance/build info in the portal. If they do approve it without pictures, when the unit is brought in you will likely need to get them. I'll keep you posted on what Newmar says, but I just wanted to let you know.

@Brian P This is authorized for .5 hours. I included a PDF of the approval here. I made sure to note that it has not yet been in the shop for any diagnosis and that the customer is still traveling for a week and contacted you to get approval for the pump replacement.
