Found the barn door for the front bedroom track had pulled off of the ceiling completely. The trim on the front of the barn door had pulled off of the ceiling except for one screw. Removed the trim piece taking out three screws setting it aside, unclipped the barn door from the rollers, set the barn door aside removed all screws from the track approximately 10 screws in total. Got two Molly bolts, two expandable wall anchors and metal wall anchors. Put the mole bolts in each end of the track. Put the expandable anchers in the middle, opened the holes wide enough for the Molly bolts and the anchors to slip into the ceiling since there is no backer in the ceiling to support the track except for the ceiling panel. Reattached the rail with the molly bolts on each side and the expandable metal wall anchors in the middle. Then in new places added back the screws that were already in the track. Reset the stop screw. Clipped the door back in place on the rollers, made a minor adjustment to the door for proper closing and proper movement. Verified the candy. Candy latch would still latch on the door. Drilled new holes in the trim piece *60373* on the wood so they would attach to the ceiling. Moved the screws to a different location. Reattach the trim piece verified functionality of the door. Everything is working correctly. This job is now complete. Request 1.5 hours

Customer reported a water leak at the kitchen sink was found to be leaking at a inch and a abs coupler above the floor line. Customer was on a trip. They did a self repair with a white silicone around the coupler. Did connect city water to the unit turn the faucet on ran water through the drain no leaks detected filled the sink approximately halfway twice pulled the stopper to get a large amount of water rushing through the pipe no leaks were detected. In order to repair this will take cutting the ABS pipe just below the silicone as shown in the picture and above using 2 inch and a half abs couplers and approximately 18 inches of pipe re-gluing reattaching Page 1 of 3 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *73660* everything and then relief testing after the fact. Promised Date: 11 JUL 26 W/O: 73660 Had to disconnect the city water and shore power . Will request an additional hour to make this repair job will be on hold for warranty approval Cut out an 8 inch section of the pipe used 2 inch and a half ABS couplers after cutting out the section of pipe found that none of the other joints under the kitchen sink were glued did re-glue all the other joints added in the two couplers and the new section of pipe glued it all back together reconnected the sink job is now complete
