Need to take toilet off and check all pipe connections from toilet to black tank . Toilet ring threads are leaking from top threads , need to take apart 3 male fitting off of toilet ring and re seal with thread tape and dope .once both threads are put back together with new tape and dope need to re install toilet ring and fitting onto black tank and re install toilet . Requesting one hour for repair

@Stephanie K There is going to be a lot more time than what was approved. This is what the tech wrote and he has a total of 9 hours into this job. If you need me to re-submit it let me know: I resealed the threads from the toilet ring to the top of the black tank. During the testing once the tank was full with water I noticed a loud pop noise and a bunch of water started to pour out of the underbelly. Upon inspection of the new leak, that started when I heard the pop sound is the black tank vent is not glued or properly installed to the top of the black tank. In order to fix the black tank vent we needed to remove the bathroom vanity in order to get better access to the top of black tank where we needed to remove the glue and vent connection on top of black tank. Had to cut the silicon on the top edges. Once silicon was cut we had to remove hot and cold lines to sink. Once water lines are removed we can remove the water lines for outside spray port and city water connection . Hen we can remove the sink drain and unscrew . Will need to cut off and remove the zip tie securing the tank vent under sink . Once all plumbing connections are disconnected we need to then do the same with the 12v outlet .need to completely take apart gfci box in order to pull away the vanity . Once all electrical and water connections are disconnected from vanity we can remove vanity and begin to cut a bigger access panel to give me adequate space to make the repair . Once I have a good access panel cut i need to cut off the sink vent and drain to give me space to work on cutting the hole bigger .I can then get a router or similar tool to cut away floor that is causing the vent pipe to not connect to the black tank .once a good space is made for the vent pipe to easily slide into black tank connection we can then use abs adhesive to join the vent pipe to the top of the black tank and apply pressure to it while we let the adhesive set .once pipe is glued in place we need to retest for leaks, if no leaks found we can then re install vanity in the reverse order we took it apart . Requesting 8 hours for repair

@Jeannette B Do you have any additional pictures from what the tech found after resealing the threads to support the additional labor? Forest River is asking for them.

@Jeannette B Chris Fendt at FR responded to my email about Chris talking with your rep at FR and said that verbal authorizations are not given over the phone. Do you have any call logs, or was FR emailed at any time regarding this? I'm going to need something to support it. Chris at FR said "sure hope you have call logs or an email chain because warranty did not authorize this."

@Stephanie K I think the lady's name was Heather. She was aware of additional information on the WO and I was instructed to notify you. Chris has received a call back from FR, when he returns he will call her back. **I may be incorrect on the name so lets wait till I get with Chris**
