@Jeannette B FR has asked what is the actual issue? I put in that it is out of adjustment, and they want an actual complaint. Is it not closing/opening properly?

@Stephanie K Good morning! I have dispatched back to the tech. Hopefully I will have an answer today.

@Stephanie K Chris looked at the WO and on it it states the adjustment was for proper closure, so basically you are correct the awning was not closing all the way.

Thank you. I had that listed in the notes on the claim as well. I've added it again.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: RO 73468-1, PA 2730454.
The July 10 sidebar approval allows job 1 at .02 hour and job 2 at .4 hour. These differ from the RO requests of .25 and 1.5 hours; .02 should not silently become .2. Both awning-arm tags were supplied, and the July 8 explanation that the arms do not fully close answers the earlier symptom question.
Payment readiness: please confirm replacement of the missing gray-tank handle and completion of the awning-arm adjustment/reseal, including proper closure after testing. The packet does not establish completed repairs, a final invoice or submission. Use the approved allowances when closing the claim; any additional labor needs a documented explanation and manufacturer authorization.
Learning: include both arm tags and the precise operating symptom in the initial preauthorization packet, then reconcile requested versus approved time before repair closeout. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
