@Brian P Job 1 - Notes from Newmar: BASED ON THE NOTES IT APPEARS THE BYPASS SWITCH WAS TURNED ON WHICH RUNS THE LOOP PUMPS FOR HEAT ALL THE TIME. DID ANYONE CALL ITR (OASIS) FOR TECH SUPPORT? SOUNDS LIKE A SUMMER PUMP, AQUASTAT, OR FLOW SWTICH ISSUE. Job 2 - denied - not a warranty issue - Notes from Newmar: NEWMAR DOES NOT INSTALL OR CONNECT THE TRAILER BRAKE OR CHARGE LINE CASE NOTES BRAKE FOR TOW VEHICLE STAN SICZEK SPOKE TO TIME JUNE 2, 2026 AT 2:17 PM DESCRIPTION THE TECH CALLED AND HE SAID THE CUSTOMER HAS HOOKED UP A TOW VEHICLE AND IT BURNT HIS BRAKES UP I SAID DID HE NOT INSTALL A CONTROLLER BECAUSE WE JUST INSTALL FOR A PREP THAT WAY THE CUSTOMER CAN INSTALLED THEIR PREFERRED BRAND. Job 3 - approved .5 hours - notes from newmar: THE UNIT HAS BEEN USED SINCE SEPTEMBER 2025. Hey Brian. I'm sure you got my email, but just want to keep the notes here up to date as well. If you could, would you call Leon and discuss line 1 with him? I'm not sure I would have all the information to discuss this with him, and if he gives any suggestions, I think it would be best if they went directly to you. Please let me know if you speak to him, I will keep my eye on the claim regardless though. Line 2 remains denied, see notes in email Line 3 remains at the .5 hours, see notes in email (email attached in DB)

Hey Stephanie, Yes I will call Leon. In all my years, I have not ever seen the blue wire for the brake control wired to constant hot without a controller. For the reason it will activate the trailer brakes and lock them up.

I spoke with Phil, he gave a bit more time on Job 1 and 3.. he wants to talk to the chassis manufacturer for Job 2.

Ok. Job 1 is approved now for 1.25 hours and job 3 is approved for 1.0 hour now. Job 2 remains denied, and I can't edit it at all, so if he ends up allowing some time on that, let me know if I need to do a new line, or if he goes in and updates the labor time. I'm going to move this to the PA approved folder, for now, as there is not anything else I can do with job 2 right now.

Yep! I saw that. I just wanted to let you know that I moved it, mainly, and if he says a new line as to be done for it, to let me know. :) I wasn't sure if after he contacted them, if he decides to give time, if it would be automatically changed or if I would need to do something.

@Brian P Just wanting to give an update - no changes have been made to line 2 yet on this one. It still remains denied. Was he going to give you a call after he talked to the chassis company to let you know what he found out?

Chris spoke with Newmar on Monday. We have some new pictures showing the 12v. I will get them to you and we can try to get an hour

Hey Brian, just wanting to give you an update. There have not been any changes to the claim in Newmar's portal regarding line 2, it's still denied. I'm not seeing any new pictures in DropBox either. Are we still attempting anything for line 2?

We had talked on the phone with them. They are not going to help out. However, this maybe their undoing as Mr. Moreno is not very happy with them. I told Mr. Moreno we can't go any further as we have no assistance from Newmar and they will not consider any warranty coverage.
