@Jeannette B Job 1 - FR has stated that the handle is a loose item. They would like a time breakdown for the 1.5 hours being requested.

I think they mean that it's a loose item as in it's not permanently attached, like you can remove and insert it when you need it. So, for the repair, I think they are thinking you should just be able to take the arm out and put in a new one, which is why they would like a time breakdown.

@Stephanie K In Tims correction he has a brake down of what would need to removed and in order to adjust the slide it needs to be straight

Thanks, I put everything in that the tech said need to be done. FR wanted a time breakdown for each step. I will just reiterate to them what needs to be done and see if it will go through. I'll keep you posted.
