@Brian P For job 2 - why is there a new bathroom door needed? The cause of failure just states it was misaligned and that there was some sanding done to the framing, but no reason noted as to why the door has to be replaced. Is it damaged? Too big?
Brian Parrott
dealer_or_external • Jul 8, 2026, 2:17 PM
The door is damaged at the striker area.

Ok. I'll have to submit that as a different line. How much time do you need for the door replacement and how much time for the repair to the framing?
Brian Parrott
dealer_or_external • Jul 8, 2026, 2:20 PM
1.50 for the frame and .50 for the door
