Started by plugging the unit into shore power making sure the battery disconnect was on. Opened the refrigerator the light did not come on the blue light inside was flashing on number five. Attempted to turn the refrigerator on by holding the on off button for 10 seconds refrigerator never turned on. Found that it should be a hard reset for the refrigerator. Disconnected shore power turned the battery disconnect off. Disconnected the battery completely also check the voltage on the battery to ensure that it had proper voltage the DC voltage was 13.2. Found that the refrigerator still had power remove the trim piece off of the solar controller took the four screws out disconnected power from the solar controller to the unit. We did a minimum of 10 minutes and then began reconnecting all of the power starting with the battery connecting the battery, Then connecting to the solar, then turning the battery disconnect on, then plugging the unit back into shore power. This time when I checked the refrigerator the refrigerator light was on I was able to adjust the temperature setting in the refrigerator to the highest setting will now allow the refrigerator to cool and check internal temperatures.

This customer requested I try getting some help from warranty. He thinks the axle may have been bent when he purchased and according to him he has only taken the unit out 3 times. I have left it as external for now until I hear from you
