Thank you. Can you also provide a little more information for line 5? What is the cause of failure and the correction going to be? I can't really tell what needs to be done from the notes here. Are you just asking for time to pull the washer and inspect the water lines at this time to determine what the issue is?

We are not sure if there is valve issue on the coach side or the issue is within the washer. We have to pull the washer to access the water lines and valve. We need to verify the water flow to the washer or if there is an issue at a shut off valve

We had to reorder two parts. They sent the incorrect struts. They sent a complete vent, however it was also missing the fuse holder and fuse.

We had to reorder a wall panel as it was not repaired properly. We are still waiting on the fan fuse and genset struts.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: MYRV RO 73271.
The packet documents PA 17690 ($1,540.50 approved) and separate PA 17721 ($1,001 for the stress-crack sublet). Please confirm correct-part receipt or current ETA, which wall-panel repair remains open, and actual completion dates/test results for those lines. The photos document the original defects, including stripped monitor-panel mounting holes and front-cap cracks; they do not close the later parts follow-up.
For the washer, the reason for pulling it has already been explained. What is still needed is the resulting diagnosis—coach-side water supply/valve versus washer fault—and the correction/test result. The approval allows 1.5 hours initially; the monitor-wall repair allows 2.0 and living-room wall repair 1.0. Obtain any needed additional authorization before treating the larger requested times as approved. Reconcile the solar-cover references on jobs 4 and 11 so the same work is not billed twice.
For the body repair, retain PA 17721 with the final itemized sublet invoice and completion evidence; the $1,001 estimate alone is not that invoice. Keep the engine-belt/chassis issue separate from the coach authorization. Confirm current authorization/filing validity given the age of the May approvals, then assemble actual labor, parts and completion evidence for submission. Learning: check replacement parts for correctness/completeness on receipt, track rework with an owner and date, and close approved work promptly instead of letting the authorization age while parts questions remain open. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
