Is there anything that I can submit for payment on it? I can do the lines separately for Newmar in the portal. The authorization is older, and they typically expire after 90 days. I am surprised this one hasn't yet. It has 11 lines on it, so if we can cut the chances of having to do all of them over on a new PA, that would be my suggestion. @Sarah C @Jeff M

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim 73165-1. Reviewed the four-page RO, both approval sheets, 71 photos, the duplicate photos in Photos.zip and all three PDF discussions. This packet is not currently payment-ready merely because it sits in Approved. The August 31 discussion says all 11 lines were denied after the original PA expired; the latest October 2 update still reports a part outstanding. The September update confirms the 7-way arrived, while jobs 3 and 4 had incorrect parts/reorders.
The payment risk is documented parts delay allowing authorization to expire. Stephanie already proposed submitting completed lines separately and obtaining the replacement PA when the unit is close to repair. Confirm the specific remaining part and repair schedule, identify any already-completed lines, and coordinate renewed authorization/eligible separate submission with her. Record actual corrections, completion dates, invoices and tests by RO job; the old approvals and $0 RO total do not prove completion, payment or a write-off amount.
A second issue is scope: the final May clarification approved job 6 plenum only, part 300880-AA, .5 hour—not the entire A/C requested in the RO. The photos and model/serial/mileage information are already present; do not restart those resolved requests. If a complete A/C is still needed, obtain specific additional authorization with supporting diagnosis. The old approval sheet flags a parts return for this item; confirm the renewed authorization's return terms and retain the required return proof.
Learning: verify correct parts against the job before ordering, track ETA and authorization expiry together, and submit eligible completed lines before one delayed part holds the entire RO. Map approval descriptions to RO jobs—the portal rows are in a different order—and reconcile renewed labor allowances rather than billing requested hours or treating an old approval's Complete button as completion evidence. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
