I just realized the photo is of the refer tag number. The customer had sent that earlier for an issue that wasn't an issue. I just reached out to the customer to get the stove numbers.

@Brian P The vendor needs clear/closer pictures to review this. I sent them over all the original ones, and then a zoomed in one with the pinholes circled, and they are still asking for better photos.

@Brian P The vendor is not going to cover this. They stated that it looks like contact damage, like something was dragged across the fabric.

@Brian P FR has a suggested repair, see below. Let me know if you want to move forward with that and I will update the labor code and labor amount. Hello, unfortunately the vendor denied this. However, we have had similar claims like this and have recommended a pinhole repair using a pinhole repair kit. I would recommend using a pinhole repair kit to repair the pinholes. The part number is 2021011778. If you need assistance ordering this please reach out to our parts department at div92parts@forestriverinc.com.

Hey Brian. I told FR that the customer decided not to move forward with the repair kit and they came back with questions about whether or not the unit was kept in storage and when the customer first noticed the pinholes. Do you want a response put back in for that, or just advise them again that nothing is being done with the awning fabric at this time?

We can say, the unit was in use, however the awning had been retracked during the winter. She noticed when she rolled it out when the weather was warm here and called us right away and sent pics

FR had sent this back to the vendor to try to have them reconsider, and they are standing by the denial. Since the repair kit is not being done either, I will move this to the write off folder.
