@Jeannette B For job 01 the flooring - is there actually a tear in the floor? I am not seeing a tear on the flooring at all, I see the nail and what looks like drag/scuff marks. I just want to make sure the notes are accurate. Additionally, if there is a tear, can you send pictures of it? Everything I have seems to be the scuff marks and nail. For job 02 - can you double check the notes? Tech is talking about a couch and cabinet catches. Just want to verify. For job 03-1, is this a repeated line? You have a flooring repair above, and the nail/scuff marks appear to be in a similar location. Not sure why this would be broken up in to two separate repairs. If it is for the same area, 18 hours might be a bit excessive. @Jeff M @Sarah C

@Stephanie K @Sarah C @Jeff M I uploaded the estimate from Fibrenew. When David and I looked at the floor is does not appear there is a tear, just the nail sticking thru and a lot of black scuffs - no tears.

@Jeannette B Submitted PA 2709743 on this one. Just want to let you know what I did so you can make sure I didn't make an error. There were some duplicate lines. Job 1 asked for 3.0 hours Job 01 - sublet of $150 + .25 admin allowance requested Job 02 - asked for .5 Job 02-1 - I did not enter, appears to be duplicate of job 02 Job 03-1 - I did not enter, appears to be duplicate of job 01 Job 04-1 - requested 1.0 hour for touch up Job 05 - requested 1.0

@Jeannette B For line 1 - FR wants to know if you have pictures of the damaged wiring, and if the fuse was blown. For line 01 - FR made a notation that it was not on the DAF from 4-6-26. They want to know when it was discovered.

@Jeannette B Still waiting for information to be confirmed on this one. We've chatted about this one a couple of times on the phone, but you wanted to get with tech to confirm. It's running on two weeks now that I've needed to put feedback in, FR will likely deny these lines soon if I don't get the info to them. See my note above from the 16th.

@Stephanie K I uploaded a revised WO. I'm hoping this will not mess things up. For Job #1 I checked the original tech's tablet and he did not have any additional pictures other than what was uploaded. Let me know if you have any questions.
