For job 4 - Flat rate is .2, will that be ok? There is no time on the line. For job 6 - FR is no time, just part. Just an FYI.

@Stephanie K I will get with tech tomorrow, since he will be here, to check if the remote needs to be programmed, if the subwoofer needs any kind of wiring. Is job 2 & 3 - approved for .25 each, I will check on time for Job 4. Is .25 requested time for Job 5 approved? I will get with tech regarding Job 6. Is Job 7 approved for .25, Job 8 for .35 and Job 9 for .25?

@Stephanie K OK. Got with tech. He did not put time for job J yet. Said it may need to be programmed, so if possible, he requested .10. Job K has wiring so he is requesting .20. Jobs 2 & 3 he is requesting .25 each. Job 4 he requested .20. Job 5 he is requesting .25, Job 6 he is requesting .10, Job 7 requesting .25, Job 8 requesting .35 and Job 9 requesting .25. @Jeannette B The line for the subwoofer is approved at .2 hours. However, the flat rate code does say pictures are required, and I did not see any. You may want to take a picture or two to prevent any issues when this is submitted for payment.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: MYRV RO 72933-1, PA 2684984. The subwoofer's original DAF denial was superseded: the July 2 manufacturer email allows the claim, and the sidebar confirms 0.2 hour approval. The August 27 update still awaits the subwoofer. Confirm its order/receipt and installation date, retaining the actual condition/installation photos required by the repair code. The supplied email/parts-quotation screenshot is not a photo of the missing or installed subwoofer. The fiberglass sublet is already approved for $582. The photographed Oxidation RV estimate no. 1600 dated June 13 totals $582 ($120 paint and $462 labor); do not request another estimate as though approval were outstanding. What is still needed is the completed repair evidence and final vendor invoice, followed by claim/payment reconciliation. The RO already describes jobs 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 as corrected; retain those completion records rather than redispatching the same repairs. Latest approved hours are 2: 0.1, 3: 0.2, 4: 0.2, 5: 0.2, 6: 0.03 for the cover only, 7: 0.1, 8: 0.1 and 9: 0.1; the thread also authorizes a 0.25-hour sublet allowance. Job J is remote part only. Confirm the remaining remote and light-cover closeout; a complete light assembly is not established as authorized. No final submitted claim or remittance is shown. Learning: preserve the successful denial reversal, verify required photos at installation, and distinguish an approved estimate from a completed, invoiced sublet so finished lines can reach payment without repeating resolved requests. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
