Found during the PDI that the hot and cold lines were crossed at the bathroom faucet *1000* when testing the water heater. It was found the hot water would only come out of the cold side. Looking under the sink it did show a blue line going to the cold side of the faucet and a red line going to the hot side of the faucet. Looking underneath where the lines were coming from the lines go underneath the bathtub shower. The lines have to be crossed somewhere underneath this location. Remove the waterlines and switch them so that the left knob would turn on hot water and the right knob would turn on cold water. Requesting .25

correction
During the PDI on the flood test for the black tank, black tank was completely filled to the point where the bowl in the toilet and it was approximately half full of water. Check the board to see what the levels read and the levels red empty with the tank completely full. In order to access the black tank INC., MYERS "RV" CENTER, Customer #: 1000 bottom board in the area of the black tank was removed in order to locate the sensors and fully inspection of the sensors, wires and connectors. Remove the monitor panel from the wall, pulled all the wires completely out. Checked each connection in the entire monitor panel set up, including the water pump. Water pump was operational however all connections were checked. Began adding water to both the gray tank, and the black tank filled the black tank until it was completely full filled the gray tank until it read 1/3 switch the wires between the gray tank and the black tank and checked it again on the monitor panel and the black tank showed 1/3. The gray tank showed empty. Went back underneath access the spider all the wires down in order to make a connection with an external wire to see if the main power wire was faulty, found that the connection between the spider and the main line had a crimp wire nut on it. I pinched the crimp wire nut. Remove the wire nut found the main power wire had no insulation stripped away, exposing the copper photos were taken of this prior to connecting the external wire I did strip the main wire from the control panel connected it to the spider, went back inside *1000* switch the wires back from gray to black retested black tank showed full gray tank showed 1/3. Using a new cramp wire, not crimp a new wire nut to the wires push the wires back into the underbelly using foam to spray resealed the area that has been pulled away from the side of the black tank. Went back inside, pushed all the wiring back into the wall, reattached the monitor panel back to the wall double checked it again to make sure that it was still reading correctly, which it was. Then emptied both tanks Requesting 1.5 hours
